Report of the Meeting with the People's Relief Committee is an indispensable text for studying the strategic equilibrium of the People's War in Peru and the heroic and revolutionary prisoners of war who continue to rise up against the genocidal and fascist Peruvian State, transforming its prisons into shining trenches of combat. Of particular importance in this work are the lessons drawn from the three proletarian holidays generated by the Peruvian prisoners of war, mainly the Day of Heroism of 1986, in which thousands of prisoners rose up against the Peruvian State's genocide, with nearly 300 martyred. Our translation and publication of this long-unavailable work marks its first appearance in English.
