This work originally appeared in the second issue of the Brazilian theoretical magazine El Maoista. As stated in the introduction, the objective of the work is "...to show the background of the militarized Communist Party that is present in Leninism and the Bolshevik Communist Party, supporting the indispensable necessity of it to unleash and lead the revolutionary armed struggle as People's War in each country, to give new impulse to the World Revolution."
